Test Client Opportunity & Enrollment Instructions

Both Level 2 Mentees and Level 3 Mentees have access to the Bonus Test Client Opportunity. This hands-on clinical offering allows mentees to observe live 90-minute intake & strategy sessions, and participate in post-session formulation debriefs under direct mentor supervision.

When referring or recruiting individuals to participate as Test Clients, direct them to complete their registration and payment through Practice Better using the official enrollment flow:

Step-by-Step Test Client Registration Process:

Access the Booking Link: Direct the prospective Test Client to the official Practice Better registration page: click HERE

Select the Session Option: The client must select "Test Client Intake Session (1 of 2) ---> then pay ($250 session fee).

Complete Intake Paperwork: Upon selecting a date and time, the Test Client will be prompted to set up their secure Practice Better account and complete all required intake questionnaires, disclaimers, and scope-of-practice disclosures prior to session confirmation.

Payment & Confirmation: The $250 fee is processed securely through Practice Better at booking. Once confirmed, the Test Client, Lead Mentor, and attending Level 2/3 mentees will receive automated calendar invitations and Google Meet access links.
Mentee Note: All Test Client intake paperwork and clinical notes are managed confidentially through Practice Better. Attending Level 2 mentees and Level 3 mentees must review the client’s completed intake forms inside Practice Better with Mentor prior to the live session to prepare for the session.
