Level 2 AHC Mentorship Interview
Service Description
This 30-minute virtual interview is the required admissions step for herbalism students seeking to advance into Level 2: Become Your Own Client within the Aspiring Herbalists Club and Innergy Med Group. During this 1:1 conversation with Carmen Adams, RH (AHG), CHN, we will evaluate your foundational herbal knowledge, discuss your personal wellness and learning goals, and ensure alignment with our dual-scope framework (Health Coach + Herbal Practitioner). Level 2 is an intensive, self-directed clinical reasoning track designed to help you master formulation logic, organ systems assessment, and holistic strategy by applying these principles to your own health journey. What We Will Cover During the Interview: Educational Background & Readiness: Review of your Level 1 coursework, self-study, or equivalent foundational herbalism education. Track Structure & Expectations: Overview of the Level 2 curriculum, custom study binder setup, monthly 1:1 strategy calls, and biannual evaluation schedule (June & December). Goals & Commitment: Clarifying your personal health goals, study capacity, and long-term intentions for your herbal path. Q&A: Dedicated time for you to ask questions about the Level 2 experience, portal access, and mentorship expectations. Next Steps: Following this interview, accepted mentees will receive their invite via email to access their Level 2 Herbalist Mentorship private group in the Aspiring Herbalists Club wix portal workspace. During this session, you are evaluated in real time through direct clinical case discussion, physiological mechanism mapping, or business structure analysis.

Attendance & Live-Only Access Policy To protect the privacy of live case study discussions and foster a present community environment, our classes are held strictly live and are not recorded. We do not provide class replays, recordings, or make-up links. Members who cannot attend live are encouraged to engage with monthly study materials and discussion prompts inside the Wix Member Portal. Participation & Environment Policy We honor different learning styles while maintaining an interactive space. Attendees who select "Joining live with camera/mic ready" are expected to remain in a quiet, non-distracting environment ready to engage in group discussions. Members who select "Listening in to learn" are asked to keep their microphones muted throughout the call to prevent background audio disruption for active participants. Confidentiality Policy All clinical case studies, herbal formulations, class discussions, and digital materials shared during Level 1 sessions are strictly proprietary and confidential to Innergy Med Group and the Aspiring Herbalists Club. Any unauthorized screen recording, audio capturing, downloading, or external distribution of live session content or intellectual property is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the program and member portal.
